This guy let me get way closer than I thought he would.I was only about a foot and a half away from him.
This yard is full of creepy crawlers.

When I was a kid (like in the late '60s), in Irving, I used to catch those suckers all the time. One bit me when I was about 8.
Hadn't seen one in the wild for about 30-some years, but noticed one on my son's truck tire while it was parked in my dad's hangar about a month ago.
I have an open lot next to me that must attract the wild life. I was amazed this fellow gave me time to go in the house to get my camera then sat there posing when I was about a foot and a half away.
