Ahem...I have already made an offer to purchase the painting. Since there is so much interest in obtainig the painting, YM should hold a silent auction advertised on her Blog and FB or she could put it on E-bay and let her friends and the world bid on the painting. If the E-bay route is taken then YM would never know who purchased her painting and there would be fees.
You have no idea how thrilled I am that the two of you are interested in my painting. Mz did offer on Aug. 11 when I posted the photo of the unfinished painting.

I'm in like Flynn....;-) Although, I will respect that Mzzy got 1st dibs; I know talent (and the joy of having a piece of a someone-cared-for in your midst) when I see it....I can wait. ) :)
I sent Mz an email yesterday telling her she had first dibs, and she still thinks a silent auction is a good idea. It might be fun, but I feel weird doing it. Really, it's only been the two of you interested. Maybe you could do rock, paper, scissors?
